Our firm specializes in internal control for Israeli and international companies throughout the world, with regard to accounting, financial and economic matters. The control is performed both in accordance with a multiyear program proposed by our firm and also at the request of the company’s management to examine specific topics or matters and shortcomings that have been brought to light in the reports of the internal auditor and that require to be attended to and monitored after the shortcomings have been rectified.

Upon completion of the control work, an internal report is submitted to the company’s management; this is in contrast to the internal audit report which is submitted as part of the internal audit work to the company’s audit committee and to its board of directors.
